Dear Friends;
There are many ways to express your thoughts; music, painting and social media for instance. What is tugging at your heart? What do you love? What area are you called to that would make a bad situation better? Put your gifts to use. If you’re not sure what they are you can usually discover them by taking the step. Put action to what is in your heart that is good and well-meaning.
Declarations for The Arts, Media & Music
1. God is placing me in areas to make a difference in what I see and hear.
Scripture: 1st Peter 4:10 Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering Gods grace in it’s various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever – Amen.
2. I am taking hold of my God given authority by using my Christian voice and it is being heard and read throughout the world in all media available. (Media)
Scripture: Mark 16:15 He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.
3. I am free to express my various gifts in ways that are glorifying and respectful of myself and God. (Music)
Scripture: Psalms 95:2 Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song.
Scripture: Psalms 149:3 Let them praise his name with dancing and make music to him with tambourine and harp.
