Education Declarations

#2 of 8

Nothing can stop you from learning. No matter what your circumstances are. No matter where or how you live. It is your choice to excel and dream. God gave you the desire to do these things and so much more.

 1.         I seek the Kingdom Of God first in my life.  I set my life by His standards, not the worlds.  He is the foundation of my opportunity to learn.

Scripture:  Exodus 18:20    Teach them the decrees and laws, and show them the way to live and the duties they are to perform.

Scripture:  1Corinthians 1:20             Where is the wise man?  Where is the scholar?  Where is the philosopher of this age?  Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?

2.         I die to my flesh daily and the Holy Spirit helps me know and follow the will of God. (I don’t let my “wants'“ hinder what I need to do.)

Scripture:  Exodus 33:13    If you are pleased with me, teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you.  Remember that this nation is your people.”

3.         I am maturing and moving to the next level spiritually and mentally.

Scripture:  John 21:15-19

Jesus said “Feed my lambs.”  (Give me what I need.)

Jesus said “”Take care of my sheep.”  (Shelter them and guide them.)

Jesus said “Feed my sheep.”  (No longer lambs, teach them as they mature and have more responsibility.)

4.         Our schools are a safe environment.  Christian teachers and professors are strategically placed and God is giving them a new voice with authority.

Scripture:  Deuteronomy 4:9  Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them slip from your heart as long as you live.  Teach them to your children and to their children after them.
